Study On The Wills Of Founding The Family Farm And Influencing Factors Of Farmers In Jilin Province

Jilin province is an important commodity grain base in china.As a new mode of agricultural management,family farms play an important role in agricultural development.The founder of the family farm farmer willingness and attitudes towards family farm is essential for family farm development factors,so we need to know the founder of the family farm farmers willingness and influence,provide more reasonable suggestions to.What are the factors that influence farmers' willingness to establish family farms? At present,the domestic research on this subject is still at the primary stage,most scholars research mainly focus on how to improve the management efficiency and the size of the family farm family farms and the development of research fields.A small number of scholars have studied the intention of farmers,but the research is still in the exploratory stage,the lack of a complete theory and system.However,research on the willingness of farmers founded the family farm is necessary for the future development of family farms,farmers willingness to choose behavior in-depth analysis,to understand the motives of the founder of the family farm farmers will be conducive to rural development and progress.The farmers will be affected by many factors when they choose to behave.In this paper,on the basis of the theory of behavior and the scale of production,the influencing factors are divided into three levels,namely,individual,family and social factors.Based on the subjective behavior intention of farmers,and the practical investigation,this paper adopts the method of random sampling survey to the main agricultural production areas in Jilin province.Through empirical analysis,the sample of individual,family and social characteristics were obtained,and according to the characteristics and the specialty of the basic knowledge,the establishment of the Logistic model,the model test,the effects of various factors on the willingness of farmers founded the family farm.After the Logistic model was established according to the regression analysis model shows that the 13 factors,the nine variables of gender,age,culture degree,total population,the proportion of working population,family income,farmland,land circulation policy understanding degree,understanding degree of the family farm is significant,while the rest whether the village cadres,the area of arable land,agricultural income of farmers,the founder of the family farm attitude of these four variables is not significant.According to the test results,the willingness of farmers to set up family farms is directly related to the nine factors: the family farm on the land circulation understanding degree,understanding degree,gender,age,education,labor,the proportion of the total population,family income,farmland area.It is necessary to improve the farmers' willingness to set up family farms,to activate the long-term development of family farms,and to carry out effective propaganda activities.It is necessary to promote the knowledge of land transfer and family farms for farmers,to strengthen the financial support of the government,and to explore and find a way to improve the willingness of farmers to set up family farms.
