In order to systematically analyze the internal structure and operating efficiency of jujube industry, the paper introduces the Harvard School SCP analysis paradigm into the market performance research of jujube industry, discusses the related issues along the main line of the market structure- market behavior-market performance, establishes the evaluation index system of market performance, including supply capacity, profitability, technological advances, contribution to output growth, four elements, nine indicators. Using gray correlation analysis method evaluates market performance of jujube industry between 2005 and 2012. On this basis, proposing recommendations: establishing effective competitive market structure, improving market behavior, improving market performance. In this paper, The main research results are as follows:1) Jujube industry market structure in Hebei province have low concentrated oligopoly, low market concentration, low product differentiation, retreat barriers affected natural resources and capital and technology.2) Jujube industry market behavior: there is a certain lag with the impact of price behavior; there are various forms of non-price behavior, which include advertising practices, technological innovation, mergers and cooperative behavior.3) The evaluation results of jujube industry market performance show that in 2005-2012 year, jujube industry market performance has been greatly improved, but the overall performance is still low, technological innovation indicators do not play a role of endogenous dynamics.
