Under the current background of a slowdown in economic growth,the “One Belt and One Road” strategy is one of the important means for implementing sustainable economic growth in China.As an economically strong province,Jiangsu is also an important node in the implementation of this strategy.How to effectively allocate advantageous resources so as to truly realize the integration of talents,materials,and culture is an inevitable problem facing Jiangsu Province.As an important carrier for the operation and development of the modern logistics industry,the logistics node helps to integrate resources and improve the efficiency of allocation,which has caused more and more scholars at home and abroad to pay attention and do research.Under the current situation,the government departments in Jiangsu are gradually paying attention to the overall layout of logistics nodes and the scale of construction.However,in the process of planning and construction of logistics nodes,due to the lack of necessary theoretical support and scientific planning guidance,many problems have gradually emerged.In view of this,this paper selects Jiangsu Province as a typical area for research,with a view to put forward practical countermeasures for the optimization of logistics nodes in Jiangsu Province.Firstly,it summarizes the current status of logistics nodes in Jiangsu Province,and points out that the existing logistics nodes are faced with lack of unified and standardized logistics nodes,lack of facilities and equipment,incomplete technical service system,dislocation of regional and competitive industries,and large gaps in the development of logistics nodes in cities.Secondly,based on the exploration of important factors influencing logistics demand in Jiangsu Province,an index system for forecasting is established to collect relevant data from 13 cities in Jiangsu Province from 1995 to 2016,the multi-regression model and moving average method are used to forecast the logistics demand and size of each logistics node in the next three years.Thirdly,use the principal component analysis method to calculate the comprehensive evaluation score of each logistics node city in Jiangsu Province,and use the cluster analysis method to divide the national,regional and localized logistics based on the calculation results,then combining the actual conditions of each region to propose a layout optimization plan.Fourthly,aiming at the optimization of logistics node layout in Jiangsu Province,from the perspective of logistics node layout guarantee measures,logistics node city construction,support for the development of logistics nodes,and comprehensive competitiveness of logistics enterprises.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.
