Green Industry Planning On Jianshan Farm In Heilongjiang Land Reclamation

Under the background of the modern era of low carbon and sustainable development of the environment, the development of green industry has already become the economic development of Heilongjiang reclamation area is an important subject. The Jianshan farm development green industry existing problems, such as three times industrial structure is not balanced, animal husbandry and farming development imbalance, soil layer becomes thin lead to the decline of soil fertility; to challenge foreign genetically modified soybeans, corn and other crop impact in the domestic market, the domestic non transgenic soybean industry chain extension, and the modernization of agriculture non-point source pollution control and soil sustainable utilization, planning and analysis of countermeasures. The study of Jianshan farm of Heilongjiang reclamation area is very significance, has certain theoretical reference significance and practical value.In this paper, by reviewing the relevant literature and data, combined with field survey data in the planning stage, based on the data obtained by quantitative and qualitative analysis, using the SWOT analysis method, carries on the analysis on the construction of farm of Jianshan green industry development factors and external development environment.Based on analyzing and summarizing the domestic and international green industry related theory and practice, combined with the actual situation of Jianshan farm, summed up the goal and construction path for development, the development of Jianshan farm. In the new situation of green development in Heilongjiang reclamation, green development strategy, formulated the development strategy of Jianshan farms, industries and projects according to local conditions to develop suitable farm of Jianshan green industry development, industry mainly includes non genetically modified soybean industry, pharmaceutical industry, high quality corn industry, green farming industry, cultural tourism industry and modern service industry and the new energy industry; key construction projects are non genetically modified soybean deep processing projects, non genetically modified soybean seed breeding base construction project, post under the water and soil loss comprehensive treatment project, the corn deep processing projects, high standard farmland construction projects, GAP standard pharmaceutical plant demonstration area construction projects, standardized planting and processing of Radix Astragali construction projects 17 projects. In order to set up the construction of Heilongjiang land reclamation system driven by the green industry demonstration base as the goal, to build a green industrial system analysis of Jianshan farm their own advantages and external opportunities and constraints and external challenges, and finally put forward how to give full play to the advantages, grasp opportunities, avoid the challenges and the countermeasures to overcome these negative factors, and promote the building of the Jianshan farm to change the mode of economic development of the green industry system.
