Research On Green Management Of Rice In Friendship Farm Of Heilongjiang Province

Rice,as an important staple grain crop in heilongjiang province,has reached 70 million mu.In the context of the deepening of the green management concept advocated by the country in the agricultural field,how to green management and achieve sustainable development has become the focus.As the main paddy crop in heilongjiang province,rice,its green management and efficient utilization of resources have become the inevitable choice to realize the new economic development model,which has important reference significance and value for solving the difficult problems of green management.This paper firstly defines the green management of farm,and analyzes the reality of the green management of rice in friendship farm by combining the agricultural region theory,industrial structure optimization theory and agricultural sustainable development theory.Secondly,the following problems existed in the green management of rice in friendship farm were analyzed.Inadequate infrastructure;The influence of green rice brand is limited;Government support is inadequate.In addition,xinyang farm,Shanghai farm and qianjin farm are selected as cases to compare and learn from the experience of green farm management model.Finally,the countermeasures and Suggestions for improving the green management of rice in heilongjiang friendship farm were put forward.Improving infrastructure and supporting facilities;To build distinctive brands and promote sustainable development;To increase policy support and improve supporting services;Develop green management and increase green publicity;We will improve the institutional structure and allow multiple models to coexist.Specific countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward from seven aspects,such as strengthening agricultural technology and strengthening talent construction.According to the research results,the following conclusions are drawn:the green management of rice in heilongjiang friendship farm is the inevitable way to realize the development of emerging economy.Correct development idea,scientific development mode,preferential development policy and advanced science and technology are the indispensable conditions for developing heilongjiang friendship farm rice green management.The green management of rice in heilongjiang friendship farm can promote the transformation and upgrading of local agricultural economy,and is also a favorable way to promote agricultural supply-side structural reform.
