Systematic Research On Coordinated Development Of S&T And Economy Of The County

Based on the analysis on concepts and nature of S&T and economy, this paperdescribes the inner relationship of S&T and economic development, which serves asthe basis of theoretical research of this paper and contributes a lot to the research oncoordinated development of S&T and economy. This paper presents the currentsituation of combination of S&T and economic development of Hangu administrativedistrict of Tangshan city by research and investigation, and it also offers suggestionsand countermeasures for specific problems of research on combination of S&T andeconomy of Hangu administrative district.One innovative point of this paper is that it breaks the limitation which justsimply regards S&T as one elements of economic development in the past researchand raises the research on S&T to a strategic point. This paper explains theoptimization function of S&T for the productivity system. It also reveals thefunctional mechanism of how S&T progress accelerates economic growth. Combiningthe above research with the theory of prospering county by S&T, this papersystematically expounds the approach to develop S&T and economy of the countycoordinately from the aspect of S&T. In this paper, a development pattern is alsosummed up in the research of coordinated development of S&T and economy, whichis to develop the dragon-head enterprises with S&T and to drive the coordinateddevelopment of the industry chain of Hangu administrative district with dragon-headenterprises.The first two chapters of this paper mainly introduce the mechanism of how S&Tfunctions to optimize the elements and the structure of the productivity system basedon the systematic analysis on the system of productivity.The third chapter of this paper analyzes the relationship of S&T progress andeconomic growth and explains the functional mechanism of them. By explaining thepromoting function of S&T to economic development, this paper states the innerrelationship of S&T and economy roundly and deeply.In chapter four, the paper deals with the theory of prospering the county by S&Tand reveals the strategic significance and value of establishing and implementing thestrategy of prospering the county by S&T.On the basis of full investigation and argumentation, the last two chapters givethe approach to develop S&T and economy coordinately by investigating the currentsituation of S&T and economy of Hangu administrative district. Some problems in thecoordinated development of S&T and economy are found out and the relevantsuggestions and countermeasures are also brought forward to solve the problems.
