Study On The Effect Of FDI In Services Industry On Service Trade

In recent years, service trade develop fast, service trade has become an important content of the economic development of all countries, and foreign direct investment in service industry and the relationship between service trade development is also attracting more and more attention of scholars both at home and abroad. What is the impact of service industry foreign direct investment on the development of service trade? The increase of foreign direct investment can bring long-term and stable development of China’s economy? If there is a relationship between the FDI in service industry and service trade, there is what kind of relationship, and for different service industries, this kind of effect is the same, these are all need analysis to solve the problem in this paper.At first, this paper briefly expounds the research background and the research status both at home and abroad, this paper has simply introduced the relevant theories of FDI in service industry and service trade theory, secondly analyzes the service industry the present situation of the use of the current situation of FDI and trade in services, and then theoretically analyzes the FDI in service industry of the development of service trade of our country, the influence of recycled Eviews statistical software for service industry FDI impact on development of service trade in specific analysis, finally come to the conclusion, and puts forward some effective countermeasures, so as to improve Chinese service trade using effect of foreign direct investment, so as to make contributions to the economic development of China.Throughout the full text, this paper mainly analyzes the FDI in service industry import and export of service trade and the impact of competitiveness, and in turn to build services, communication services, insurance services, proprietary right use and franchise fees, four industries are unit root test, cointegration test and granger causality test. On the four different industries including unit root test, cointegration test and granger causality test is a focus in the study of this paper is also a difficulty. Through the study found that China’s service industry between foreign direct investment and service trade development have close relations, to some extent, the increase of FDI in service industry can promote the development of trade in services; And the continuous development of China’s service trade can also attract foreign direct investment in service industry increased. But for different industries, and the results are also different. Through theoretical research and empirical study, this paper analyzes the relationship between, and targeted puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, so as to improve the service efficiency of the utilization of foreign capital in our country, to make contributions to the development of service trade better.
