Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is a high technology industries include the capital,technology and knowledge.After decades of development,chinese medicine manufacturing industry made great achievements, Western medicine preparation and API production are ranked world’s first. However,the overall development of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry present situation still stays mainly in the production of generic drugs, and had less independently owned high-tech pharmaceutical patent.Due to the situation Our country medicine manufacturing industry innovation activity level needs to be improved. In raising the level of innovative activities,we also should pay more attention to innovation activity and the mutual influence on the economic performance. In this paper, how to enhance the level of innovation and innovation and economic performance has a important realistic meaning.The autuor Using literature analysis, theoretical research and empirical analysis, Using SPSS18.0 and Eviews7.0 measurement statistics software to measure the impact between innovation and economic performance of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing technology:(1) Through the analysis of the literature to find the key factors influencing the innovation activities and selected the gather perspective as the research direction to do the follow research based on the basic connotation and characteristics of the Industrial technology innovation activities.(2) Based on the above analysis of the activities of the key factors of industrial technology innovation, construction of pharmaceutical manufacturing technology innovation activity level evaluation index system from six part.(3) Measure the levels of pharmaceutical manufacturing technology innovation form 2004-2013, 30 regions, compares the causality analysis the Innovation system of pharmaceutical manufacturing activities of the law of the dynamic evolution and pharmaceutical innovation level and regional pharmaceutical manufacturing economic performance of manufacturing level of consistency.(4) using the data of China’s regional innovation level and the economic performance of pharmaceutical manufacturing level, through the regression analysis to explore the interaction relationship between the two object and the key factors influnce the relationship.(5)Finally form The empirical results, we find Our country medicine manufacturing industry innovation activity has a low level, regional innovation level differenced between reduced. innovation levels increase should reference the region stuation, and also innovation has a positive effect on economic performance.At last we come to a conclusion that to achieve purpose that incrseasing the positive effect which innovation impact the economic performance,we should improve the restricting factors which may cause the bad influnce on the relationship between the innovation and the economic performance...
