| Land is a resource for human survival, is the key factor of rural issues, how to deal with the issue of land transfer is an important factor in national sustainable development.For land transfer issue, the relevant land policy has expressly state should strengthen the land contracting right management and services, encourage rural land contract management rights transfer in various forms, promote the appropriate scale agriculture.However, at present China’s rural land contract management rights transfer overall small-scale, mainly and no large-scale implementation of some of the pilot.
