Agriculture is the first industry of our country, the development of which is closely related to the economic development of China. From 2004 to 2015, Chinese government have released Document NO.1 of the Central Government for 12 years to force on the problems with rural economy, rural development and rural demography, which is full proof of great importance to our government. And the key t of solving the Problems of Countryside is the problems of the rural land. As the population aging, especially population aging problem in the countryside becomes more serious. Now in the countryside, we often find that social problem that the lack of rural labor, rural left-behind children’s and so on, which results in a tendency of expanding scale of desertification of rural land. Therefore the efficiency of the land productivity has been decline by the low management level, especially there is a congenital low per capita farmland of the agricultural development of our country, such as the regional segmentation obstacle. The traditional mode of production in agriculture which is small scale already has been unable to meet the actual needs of today’s society. So in our country, there is being the different transferring model of rural land emergence like the farming, rental, transfer, subcontract, "subcontracting", land cooperation and land joint-stock cooperative system. land trust circulation is emerge as the times require in this context.Therefore, in order to research the land trust mode of rural circulation, this paper firstly gives a clearly defined the basic concept for land trust circulation, and makes a simple overview for supported theory. On the basis of this theory, this article do a simple introduction for the present situation for the land trust, which is from the rise of land trust circulation to write. Then the article gives a simple analysis of the development and the status quo of land trust circulation of land trust transfer mode in our country, which puts forward that the formation of the land trust management have experienced a stage of development. Shaoxing mode, Yiyang mode and Suzhou mode are the typical model of land trust transfer model. Through analysis the three kinds of trust transfer model, we can conclude that the comprehensive description of the basic mechanism of the circulation pattern of land trust and transfer performance in our country. The core part of this paper is the five or six chapter, the paper, through the construction of a performance evaluation system, selects 12 performance evaluation index, using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of evaluation index, carried on the comparative analysis of different land trust management performance, draw relevant conclusions based on the empirical analysis: firstly, three different types of trust transfer model have the performance impact on the rural economy, society and environment, its overall performance is positive; secondly, the three kinds of land trust transfer model of economic performance is greater than the social performance and ecological performance, which means that the development of land trust transfer model is more focused on the rural economy; thirdly, as a whole,compared with the three kinds of trust land transfer mode, in the promotion of farmers’ income, the Suzhou mode is the best, Yiyang mode is the better,and Shaoxing mode is the worst. In a word, based on recommendations, the paper gives suggestions to improve the land trust in our country.
