On the background of social division of labor nowadays, businesses are getting smaller and smaller based on the specialized division of labor. However, the processing of agricultural products becomes bigger and bigger, and leading companies continue expand ing and extending the industrial chain, which is an issue worthy of being concerned. The processing of agricultural products makes model innovation and path evolution for whole industrial chain integration by the way of property operating, which are of great significance for ensuring production quality, enhancing industrial ability and improving collaborative capacity. From the perspective of property management, this paper tries to explore the ownership changes and value creation during the whole industrial chain integration of the processing of agricultural products. According to the endogenous logic of the industrial chain, the agricultural product processing industry is defined as: Leading companies run as the core, which is dominant in the whole integration, other participating objects are ownership of property rights, nodes of the chain are carriers of property rights using, and big data platform is the link of property rights. Through the conditions above, leading companies implement the whole industrial chain integration from vertical, horizontal and cross-dimensional aspects, evolving integration path of the whole industrial chain from a point to the line, line to the surface, then surface to the evolution as network. In this integration process, internal property rights are fragmented and external property rights strengthened.Leading companies full of power are required to control the whole industrial chain integration of agricultural product processing industry, matching different industrial chains dynamically. By the link of big data, leading companies take measures of property management to control the integration carries of the industrial chain such as research and development, raw material bases, production processing, warehousing and logistics, and marketing effectively, sharing common interests with the integration subjects of the industrial chain such as farmers, dealers, consumers, technology companies, etc. From the perspective of property management, leading companies take three specific measures of changing in equity as the way to effect property rights, wholly-owned stocks, holding stocks, jointing stocks. Thus leading companies implement the whole industrial chain integration from vertical, horizontal and cross-dimensional aspects, evolving integration path of the whole industrial chain as point- line-surface-network. In this integrating process, leading companies can vertically penetrate the whole industrial chain by setting up wholly owned subsidiaries inside, the original single company node extend to a linear chain, then leading companies show a broken state of property rights; leading companies can horizontally coordinate the whole industrial chain by holding the external homogeneous companies, the linear industrial chain gets bold and broadens to a industrial plane, then strengthening the property rights of leading companies outside; Finally, leading companies can cross the border of single industrial chain by jointing the external disparate resources, which breaks the industry plane because of horizontal coordination and links to each industrial unit outside, the path of whole industrial chain of integration evolves into a network- like trend, also strengthening the property rights of leading companies outside.According to a typical case of empirical research, it shows that property rights are universal. Leading companies take three specific measures of property rights management like wholly-owned stocks, holding stocks and jointing stocks, which promotes the whole industrial chain integration of the agricultural products processing industry effectively. Finally, the paper puts forward some advice for avoiding the potential risks such as higher financial risk, larger coordinating costs, decentralized resource allocation and other issues during process of the whole industrial chain integration.
