The Study On Integration Business Model Of Farmers’ Specialized Cooperative

Farmers’ specialty cooperative organization is the main carrier of agricultural industrialization and marketization, and also one of the key points to solve the “agriculture, rural areas, and peasants” problem. Farmer specialty cooperative organization starts late in China and arises many problems during its development. Through investigation and comparison between Chinese and foreign farmer specialty cooperative organization, it is found that the worldwide farmer specialty cooperative organization exhibits developments from vertical integration to a wider range of horizontal integration and from labor-labor integration to labor-capital integration; Chinese farmer specialty cooperative organization exhibits developments from disorder to stable, from vertical integration to horizontal integration. On this path of development, China’s farmer specialty cooperative organization used to and will undergo complex difficulties and obstacles, but the development of cooperative integration is an inevitable trend.Through research on development status of Tai’an farmer specialty cooperative organization combined with a theoretical study on Chinese and foreign farmer specialty cooperative organization status, this thesis analyses the influencing factors of cooperatives integration, effective business model and development path. Based on the reference of foreign development process of cooperative organization integration, this thesis summarized current problems of farmer specialty cooperative organization development in China, analyzes the underlying causes, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
