In the 21 st century, a marked decline in the global economy, enterprises are facing increasing pressure. How to improve their own competitiveness to meet the changing needs of the market has become the key to survival and development. Through constant practice, it proves that if one enterprise in the complex competition wants to be always invincible, we must insist on innovation. And the core strength of innovation is R&D staff, how to manage R&D staff, stimulate the R&D staff’s creativity, will be the main focus of business development. S Company is a leader in the industry, this thesis studies on research and development personnel S company performance management system related content.Firstly, beginning with the background and significance of the research, explains the importance of the development of R&D staff performance management system and to study the current situation of the domestic and foreign scholars on performance evaluation studies. In the theoretical part of the study reviewed the performance and management of their performance characteristics and differences, and also the special nature of R&D staff of professional analysis. Secondly, the S Corporation’s industry, the company and the relevant circumstances R&D department made ??a comprehensive presentation; In addition, introduces the development process R&D staff performance management system.
