Business competition is the essence of the talent competition, talent quality directly determines the level of strong competitiveness of enterprises or not. And employee satisfaction is not-effectively enhance the development is faced with strong resistance. A company is the second unit of Liaohe Oilfield, is the traditional oil companies, oil companies in recent economic downturn has caused a lot of employee dissatisfaction. In this case, we proceed from the employee satisfaction research career planning to raise the issue, a more clear career planning, more suitable for their own personal career planning staff to better enhance employee satisfaction, meet the staff of survival, needs.A company paper aims to evaluate staff competency-based career planning. First reviewed the related concepts and theories to explain the theory of career planning concepts and theories as well as staff competencies, paving the way for the study do next after the text; then introduced the A staff competency status quo and problems, and analysis a major factor in the impact of staff competence, and finally the importance of staff competency a company resolved; the next step is to analyze the company for a competency evaluation based on employee career planning, analyzes the problem of constructing the index system, selecting a staff to focus on analysis, the employee based on the employee career planning competency evaluation conclusions. From the establishment of mechanisms for the final stable career planning to build, adjust the content of the company’s strategy to improve the appropriate organizational structure, improve staff motivation to start, respectively, to give the corresponding targeted promotion strategies. Based on results of this study to enhance the value of the theoretical and applied research.
