With the rapid development of the integration of urban and rural areas, a large number of migrant workers from the countryside into the city, and contribute to urban construction. observing their current employment situation, such as low level of wages, out of labor time, poor stability of employment, and not guaranteed of the basic rights which reflects the migrant workers’ job quality, so they development in city is worried. how to improve the quality of employment of migrant workers, become the focus of attention from society. Therefore, the research on "evaluation training policy of migrant workers in Beijing City", as first-hand survey data support, analyzes the present situation of the quality of employment of migrant workers in Beijing City, to grasp the overall quality status of the current employment of migrant workers in Beijing city. In this paper, the quality of employment for wages, working hours, labor contracts, social security four dimensions respectively, using multiple linear regression model, Probit model, Ordered Probit model, and let human capital characteristics, industry characteristics, the characteristics of social capital into the four dimensions of employment quality analysis.The results show that the characteristics of human capital is the key factor that influences the quality of employment, especially work experience, vocational qualification certificate, mandarin, computer level has a positive effect to improve the quality of employment, network size of social capital has a positive effect on wages and working hours, village cadres is no effect on dimension of quality of employment. Finally, through the empirical analysis of the results from the effective implementation of the system, employment environment, workers’ quality in several aspects to improve the migrant workers in Beijing City, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of the quality of employment.
