With the continuous development of the domestic economy, as well as the changes of domestic and foreign economic situation, especially since the word financial crisis of 2007, new development opportunities and challenges have been brought to Chinese economic development, the production-oriented enterprises are playing a more and more important role in our economy. But the production enterprises, in process of their own development, has encountered many new problems, among which, the high churn rate of the front-line staff increases the cost, influences the stability of the enterprises, and turns to be one of the key factors of obstacle to the development of the enterprises.This paper summarizes the relevant research status and the theoretical model of employee turnover, sums up the influential factors of employee attrition and the corresponding countermeasures, and then introduces the overall situation of GA, finding that the exorbitant rate of employee attrition has already affected the enterprise’s production capacity and its continual development, by giving the statistics and analysis of the company’s front-line staff attrition. Combining the results of questionnaire investigation on the staffs leaving and the Price-Mueller (2000) model, the paper analyzes the main influential reasons to the front-line staff. On this basis, the possible solutions are presented in the paper to drop the churn rate, such as, to improve the organizational commitment and job satisfaction, and finally to eliminate the employees’ leaving intention, by the way of adjustment of salary structure and benefits modes, establishing training, competition, promotion system, improving job autonomy of the front-line staff, preventing attrition from the beginning of hiring, and so on.
