As a labor-intensive industry,with the application of newer construction processes and technologies,the construction industry is facing a critical stage of transformation to scientific and technological management,and outstanding talents play an increasingly important role in construction enterprises.In recent years,the new regulations on the qualification of the construction industry promulgated by the Housing and Construction Commission and the sudden impact of the new crown epidemic have made the living environment of state-owned construction enterprises more and more intense.However,in the face of an increasingly complex market competition environment,the phenomenon of employee departures is common.According to the survey,the employees stationed in the project are the main production team of the construction enterprise and the group with the highest turnover rate.This paper takes the resident employees of R Construction Company as the research object,mainly uses the literature research method,interview method and questionnaire survey method,and combines the relevant theories to sort out the current situation of human resources management of R Construction Company,designs the questionnaire based on the relevant literature and employee interviews of the dispatched employees,designs the process of interviews and questionnaires,closely combines the relevant literature and theoretical models at home and abroad,and obtains the information of the departed personnel in the past five years through the company’s human resources department and issues questionnaires.The SPSS statistical analysis software is used to conduct credibility test,validity test,descriptive statistical analysis and individual characteristic impact analysis of the collected data,and find out the factors affecting the departure of R construction company’s dispatched employees,including: fierce competition in the industry where the company is located,lack of competitive salary and treatment,lack of fairness in the promotion mechanism,insufficient humane care for resident employees,and two-way conflict between work and family.According to the analysis results combined with the actual situation of R Construction Company,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,mainly including: one is to enhance the confidence of employees in the development of the enterprise;the second is to optimize and improve the salary system;the third is to improve the career planning and promotion mechanism of employees;the fourth is to strengthen the care of enterprises for resident employees;and the fifth is to coordinate the career and family conflicts of employees.There are 10 figures,14 tables,and 42 references in this article.
