Research on employee turnover problem has a history of more than50years in foreign countries. With the development and perfection of the market economy, the domestic also began to attach importance to the research of employee turnover in recent years, but the specialized research for employees in a manufacturing enterprise is not a lot at present.This research is mainly aimed at voluntarily leaving problems of frontline employees at manufacture enterprises, combined with the departure of factors which are involved in domestic and foreign latest departure model--Price-Mueller (2000), by analyzing the combination of historical data and survey data of A corporation’s departure, the prediction model of employee turnover is built, where significantly influence factors of employee turnover will be included. Finally, from three dimensions:the environment, system, emotional, looking for employees to improve high attrition feasible solution, puts forward corresponding proposals, in order to unit of choose and employ persons provides A glimmer of employee retention policy.The conclusion of this article mainly is as follows:Firstly, in Company A, departure time, gender, on-the-job employees, length of service, specific work different frontline employees will show different degree of differences in quitting intention.Secondly, the main factors influencing the front-line employees who left are working environment, salary, family factors, management style and the career development channel, the significant influencing factors of staff" who still are on active duty is a glimmer of employee engagement, salary welfare level, strategy, and job satisfaction of the resources and the environment of work and line managers style.Thirdly, because we have built a line of employee turnover forecast model, so we can forecast turnover as long as inputting from the data of previous year or last month.Finally, based on Company A and the study of the departure, combined with domestic and foreign in leaving quite A strategy of the enterprise management practice, from three dimensions, which are the environment recognition, system recognition and emotion recognition, we puts forward several strategies about improving frontline employee turnover management.
