Study On Protection And Development Of Traditional Town Area Based On The Tourism In Chongqing

There are many towns of traditional settlements in Chongqing,they have a large number of traditional residential buildings and ancient streets and alleys space features, rich cultural heritage. In the process of modern development, town of traditional settlements in lost economic development foundation and declined, the specific performance of the town of traditional settlements in the internal infrastructure is backward, the deterioration of the ecological environment; economic depression, the population hollowing; construction corruption collapse, appearance of serious damage; with a single industry, over reliance on tourism, and different degrees of excessive commercialization. Traditional settlements in the town has a rich cultural heritage and unique style of the traditional residential architecture, it is a valuable material and spiritual wealth, is worth us to cherish and protect; at the same time, people living here were poor, development is their most urgent demand. How to protect the town dwellings under the premise, reasonable use of traditional houses in town with the architectural style of the resources and cultural landscape resources, through the development of tourism industry led regional development, is the main problem to be solved in this paper. In this paper, through the investigation on the spot more than twenty famous historical and cultural town in Chongqing, the building style and characteristics of cultural resources are analyzed, combined with the current problems in the development of the proposed protective measures for the traditional architectural style, ordinary houses, street space, landscape pattern, ecological environment and other aspects of the architecture; and the "overall protection" philosophy, in the process of tourism development, the traditional architectural style, traditional culture and the people as a whole life of the original ecological protection and development, put forward to perfect the market town of traditional settlements in infrastructure, the revitalization of traditional houses in town and regional economy, the traditional culture of visual experience, the different ways of use, the development strategy of tourism development.
