Study Of The Influential Factors To The Technology Progress In The Equipment Manufacturing Industry Of Sichuan-province Based On The Path Analysis

The economic structure and growth dynamics is undergoing profound changes,the rapid development of advanced manufacturing and modern service industry shows that, the economy of China is in the process of evolution to the high-end, and will continue this process,the labor productivity and energy consumption indicators "rise and fall", the extensive mode of economy of our country is gradually bid farewell to high input, high consumption growth pattern,change to intensive development of high technology, low consumption way. The vanguard and lead manufacturing industry evolution,to the high-end model of economic growth to the development of high technology intensive is the equipment manufacturing industry,especially the representatives of the two products of equipment manufacturing industry, the China High-speed Rail UHV global sales. In 2013 Chinese equipment manufacturing industry output value of scale exceeded 20,000 billon yuan,the proportion of over 1/3 of the world,ranking the first in the world. China become since modern times third occupy 1/3 share in the whole world the equipment manufacturing industry in the country,had only American and Britain have reached or exceeded the proportion. The latest data from the National Bureau of statistics show,Chinese equipment manufacturing industry accounted for the proportion of above scale industrial added value reached 30.4%,has laid the foundation China made abroad. A series of data indicate that China equipment manufacturing industry can not shake the status,the future development of limitless. And Sichuan Province as China’s equipment manufacturing industry production base three,the importance of self-evident,Sichuan Province,equipment manufacturing industry technological progress can not only promote the western region economy, improvement of people’s living standard,but also on the national economic development,the lifeblood of the full realization of the main goal of modernization of society.In this paper,the progress of the equipment manufacturing industry in Sichuan Province as the research object,first introduced the development history and characteristics of China’s equipment manufacturing industry,followed by analysis of the development process and the equipment manufacturing industry in Sichuan Province,the advantages and disadvantages,and then use the DEA-Malmquist model to measure the equipment manufacturing industry in Sichuan province technology progress,and at the same time to measure the development situation similar to the equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi province technology progress,and the equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi Province as the reference object, evaluation from two aspects and the overall equipment manufacturing industry seven words of Sichuan equipment manufacturing industry technology progress level. Then the industry of Sichuan equipment manufacturing technology progress path analysis,and evaluate the effect of four single path and four inside and outside source compound path of technological progress,results show that the path and the path of technological progress is the domestic purchase of inhibition of independent research and development of single path,while abroad,technical transformation path of technological progress is to promote the four composite path of China’s introduction,technological transformation of compound path and domestic purchase,independent research and development path of technological progress is the inhibition of compound,abroad,independent research and development of composite path and the domestic purchase,technical modification of composite path of technology advances. Finally,based on the path of endogenous and exogenous technological progress in two directions,seven indicators are proposed hypothesis has important influence on the development of equipment manufacturing industry in Sichuan Province,using time series analysis and evaluation of relevant indicators,seven indicators showed the industry scale,foreign direct investment,industrialization,marketization and opening to the outside world the degree of the five indexes have significant influence on the industry technological progress in Sichuan province equipment manufacturing level,and based on the above conclusion and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
