A Study On The Choice Of Technology Progress Path Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry Based On Reginal Factor Endowmen

The equipment manufacturing industry of a country is a concentrated embodiment of a country’s comprehensive strength, and it is also an important guarantee for industrial upgrading and technological progress. With the introduction of the "China made 2025", the national equipment manufacturing industry has ushered in the development of the wind". At present, China’s equipment manufacturing industry has formed five major industrial agglomeration area, the Yangtze River Delta and the Bohai Sea area is to develop a circle of core, the northeast and the Pearl River Delta region as the wings, central and western regions as an important supplement to the development pattern of equipment. China’s high-speed rail construction, wind power and other new energy business is accelerating the development of China’s heavy industry, and thus the development of the equipment manufacturing industry has formed a powerful engine. After many years of market technology accumulation, the high-end equipment manufacturing industry has formed a certain technology accumulation and independent innovation ability. Although China’s equipment manufacturing industry has a great development, such as the weak innovation capacity, export structure and import dependence and other issues still exist. Currently research of equipment manufacturing industry, most of the literature are concentrated on the country as a whole to study or by region is divided into eastern, central and western regions, the Yangtze River Delta and other areas of the equipment manufacturing industry is studied. This paper selects Chengdu Chongqing Economic Zone as the object of study, research in Sichuan Province and Chongqing city regional factor endowment of equipment manufacturing industry technology progress path selection and more refined research object, hope for specific areas of equipment manufacturing industry technology progress and make a little contribution.This paper first introduces the relevant literature has been in the equipment manufacturing industry technological progress as well as regional factor endowments on the technical path selection of research results. The empirical analysis on the basis of theory, firstly, facing the development of Sichuan province were analyzed, the equipment manufacturing industry in Chongqing city development and the advantages and problems in the two regions and compared; and then use the DEA-Malmquist model to measure the total factor productivity changes in Chongqing City, Sichuan Province, the equipment manufacturing industry, and to compare the two regions analysis; and from the equipment manufacturing industry and seven sub two levels respectively in Chongqing City, Sichuan province equipment manufacturing industry level of technological progress, found two levels in the past ten years the overall and sub sectors of the equipment manufacturing industry in Sichuan province is lower than the level of technological progress of equipment manufacturing industry in Chongqing City, Chongqing City, the equipment manufacturing nearly ten years of rapid development speed. Secondly, respectively in Chongqing, Sichuan Province equipment manufacturing industry technology progress path choose to use fixed effects model. The regression analysis, evaluation of the independent research and development, the introduction of foreign technology and domestic technology introduction(purchase), technological innovation, foreign direct investment five paths of technological progress, for Sichuan Province. The results showed that the introduction of foreign technology, technological transformation and foreign direct investment on technological progress is to promote the role of. For Chongqing City, the technical transformation of the domestic and foreign direct investment in the promotion of technological progress. Finally, this paper based on the existing literature on regional factor endowment research based on, summarize and put forward the regional economic development level, regional export-oriented economy, technical level three regional factor endowment index of Chongqing, Sichuan Province equipment manufacturing industry technology progress path selection of influence of empirical research. It is found that the outward degree of regional economy in Sichuan and Chongqing is positively influenced by foreign direct investment. Chongqing and Sichuan governments should promote investment, increase the extroverted degree, the introduction of foreign direct investment, enterprises can raise the cost of technical transformation.
