Construction Of Milk Traceability System In Weinan

With the improvement of people’s living standards, food safety becomes more and more important. In recent years, China has broken out about food safety incidents, in which safety of agricultural products is particularly prominent. Therefore, building the agricultural products supply chain traceability and tracking system is crucial for prevent agricultural products’ safety problem.By a in-depth literature review, this research use related theory to guide for the analyze of the driving factors on agricultural product traceability and tracking system and its application. This research also clarifies the current problems existing in the system. By taking Weinan milk industry as an example, the research analyzes the construction of Weinan milk tracking tracing system, its design patterns and guarantee mechanism. The objective of this research is to promote the optimization of agricultural products traceability and tracking system, to execute agricultural product safety management.The major findings of this research are:(1) the building of agricultural products traceability and tracking system has many significant meaning. First, it is advantageous to the company or enterprise to find problems and recall them according to the agricultural products supply chain downstream track records. Thus, to avoid the circulation of problem agricultural products in a wide range of downstream of supply chain can also reduce the impact on public health; Second, it is also useful for government to figure out the cause of the accident and the responsible person according to the information record on circulation of agricultural products; Third, the system can make consumers get the circulation information of their commodities according to the tracking back query systems. This could enhance consumer confidence in the quality and safety of agricultural products as well as promote consumer purchase intention and satisfaction.(2)this research propose four models of agricultural products traceability and tracking system supply chain, namely production base core model, the logistics center core model, distributors core model, machining center core model.(3) Under the influence of external environment and resource restriction, the key problems of the agricultural products traceability and tracking system are resource restriction, information restriction, the lack of standards, limited tracing capacity and low cognitive level of traceability.
