Gansu Province is the economic development of less developed provinces, development of agricultural foundation is weak, the poor conditions, to realize the agricultural modernization, and the synchronous completion of a comprehensive well-off society will than in other parts of the country pay more hardships and efforts. Qingyang City in Gansu Province as the main urban areas, the agricultural state of development directly or indirectly reflect the status and level of development of modern agriculture in Gansu Province.The in the reference massive literature foundation, borrow Jiang Heping, a professor of design of modern agriculture development level evaluation index system construction and evaluation method, constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of modern agriculture in Qingyang City, by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method, to establish the evaluation model and calculation model, take statistics and econometrics methods, quantitative estimates of Qingyang City 2006-2012 the development level of modern agriculture。survey results show: Qingyang City agricultural resources input level showed a linear growth, reached the development stage of modern agriculture; agricultural output level is basically at the initial stage of the development of modern agriculture; rural social development and sustainable development speed is slow, development level is relatively low. Qingyang City, the overall level of development of modern agriculture has entered a rapiddevelopment stage, modern agriculture. At the same time, according to the calculation results, put forward policy suggestions to accelerate the development of modern agriculture in Qingyang. |
