In the 21st century, with the accelerated process of economic globalization, an increasingly competitive market, the scale development of companies is an irreversible trend. In the field of China’s manufacturing industry, especially for the manufacturing industry in the import trade and marketing enterprise, a widespread problem in front of their business managers are:how to understand customer needs and potential demand, how to improve customer satisfaction with competition?Customer relationship management is the focus of the international community and the management of common concern IT sector has also become one of the areas of international management community development and information technology sector in recent years rapidly. Customers care issues, including delivery speed, functionality and degree of customization of products to meet customer needs in these areas are bound to improve and enhance customer satisfaction and create value for the enterprise.On the other hand, with the growing trend of economic globalization, for most businesses to reduce costs and increase service levels biggest opportunity of cooperation from external suppliers, supply chain management SCM as a new management model management sector has become widely recognized in the world, attaches great importance to the success of enterprise supply management, use it as an important source of improving business performance. The SRM supplier relationship management is a key link in the supply chain management, and further become one of the important core competitiveness of enterprises.How rational use of customer relationship management and supplier relationship management to combine the two. will be given by the traditional trade or competition into a new type of partnership between businesses,thereby reducing the external transaction costs, lead times and timely response areas to meet customer needs, improve customer satisfaction, thereby enhancing the overall competitive advantage of the supply chain. Thus Supply Chain Relationship Management for Chinese enterprises transform their operational mechanism and management model to adapt to the increasing complexity of fierce market competition environment, improve the survival and competitiveness have important theoretical and practical significance.This paper attempts to elaborate on the basis of supply chain management, basic theory to CDC Corporation customer satisfaction survey for clues, according to ask questions, analyze problems and problem-solving ideas. According to the CDC’s enterprise features and characteristics of its suppliers for the existing customer relationship management and supplier relationship management strategies and methods through CDC’s line analysis to understand its current presence in both problems. On the basis of analysis of the problem, the paper from the improvements, adjustment of customer relationship management, improvement of supplier relationship management aspects of CDC’s organizational structure, are all doing a detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement of the problem.
