Research On The Existing Problems And Management Status Of Forest Ranger In The Experimental Forest Farm Of Louguantai In Shanxi Province

Actual management state of forest ranger from the experimental forest farm of Louguantai in Shanxi province was elaborated by basic knowledge of how to manage forest range. The existing problems in managing forest rangers were proposed and the corresponding solutions were put forward at the same time by investigating administrators and forest rangers. It had little effects only by moralizing for how to keep the young forest rangers and to stimulate the forest range to work vigorously and passionately. It was an important problem needed to solve for promoting work efficiency of forest rangers by applying high-tech means to monitor forest resource. It was also an issue chased to settle in this paper. For these issues, corresponding resolution strategy and initial suggestion were proposed.
