With the developm ent of interest rate marketization, the commercial banks gradually expand the market share in Shanxi Province, the competition of state-owned commercial banks of Shanxi Province is becom ing more and more intense, decreased level employees psychological contract satisfaction, and the influence of grass-roots staff performance. Under this background, through the research on the relationship between the state-owned commercial banks of Shanxi Province, at the grassroots level of psychological contract of employee satisfaction and job perform ance can be found in the existing problem s, and puts forward some constructive suggestions, help to promote the state-owned commercial bank of Shanxi province internal m anagement reform, and has certain practical significance to other provinces.Firstly, based on the correlation theory of employee psychological contract and job performance (concept, content, features, dimensions), two factor theory, equity theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, and on the basis of them ethod of research on the relationship between psychological contract and job performance domesitic and abroad in the preparation the state-owned commercial bank of Shanxi Province’s e mployees psychological contract (transaction dim ension, relationship dim ension and developm ent dimension) scale and job performance (task performance and relationship performance) scale, then the online questionnaire the state-owned commercial bank of Shanxi Province’s employees in.Then through the SPSS17.0, the state-owned commercial bank of Shanxi Province’s employees psychological contract scale and job performance scale data reliability and validity test, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and difference analysis. Through the empirical study results show that:the rela tionship between the dimensions state-owned commercial banks of Shanxi Province at the grassroots level of employee’s psychological contract satisfaction is higher than tradi ng, the dim ensions of development, employee task performance than employee relationship performance. The state-owned commercial bank of Shanxi Province’s employees, trading relationship with employees’ task performance and relationship performance moderate positive correlation mild positive correlation, the development dimension and task performance and relationship performance are positively related to mild. The state-owned commercial bank of Shanxi Province’s staff transaction dimension and relation dimension regression on task performance is significant; transaction dimension, relationship dimension and development dimension regression on relationship performance is not significant. The state-owned commercial bank of Shanxi Province’s staff coliege degree and below middle-aged female employees than the major.Finally, through the above re search results, for the m anagement of state-owned commercial banks in Shanxi Province on improving psychological contract satisfaction and job performance improvement suggestions are put forward.
