The state-owned enterprise is the important part of the socialist public ownership economy, which plays an important role in the socialist market economy. The eighteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China has pointed out that we should vigorously improve the basic economic system of public ownership as the main body and common development of various economic system t. We should not shake the consolidation and development of public ownership economy and various forms of public ownership economy, So the development of state-owned enterprises is a good prospect, As the development of economy, State owned enterprises are not only facing significant development opportunities, but also facing unprecedented challenges, In order to improve the core competitiveness of the state-owned enterprises, the key is to improve the level of enterprise performance management,and the improvement of employee performance is the core content. The research shows that the state-owned enterprises have some problems in the process of performance management, the level of employee performance of state-owned enterprises should be further improved, so how to improve the performance level of state-owned enterprises has become a hot research. Along with the continuous development of research, scholars have found that the traditional material contract has been far from stimulating the employees 。Enterprise employees expect psychological contract to be satisfied.In order to study the relationship between employee psychological contract and employee performance, From the perspective of psychological contract, this paper summarized the concept, characteristics, structure and content of psychological contract, then reviewed the content, characteristics and structure of employee performance, at last This thesis reviews the theoretical basis and research status of the relationship between psychological contract and employee performance. On this basis, we have established the hypothesis, and established the theoretical model of the relationship between the psychological contract and employee performance of the state-owned enterprise employees. Through the collation and summary of relevant literature, this paper designs the scale of employee psychological contract and employee performance in the state-owned enterprise, taking F company as a case, this paper carries on the survey research. And then use the SPSS statistical software to analyze the survey data through descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis.The research shows that:(1) The psychological contract of the F state-owned enterprise employees can be divided into two dimensions: transactional psychological contract and relational psychological contract.employee performance can be divided into two dimensions: task performance and relationship performance.(2) The psychological contract and employee performance of the F state-owned enterprise employees are positively correlated, and the good performance of the psychological contract is good for improving the performance of the staff.(3)The psychological contract and job performance of the employees of F state-owned enterprises are positively related to the two dimensions, and the good performance of psychological contract is conducive to improve the performance of the two dimensions.(4). The two dimensions of employee psychological contract and employee performance are positively related, and the good performance of the two dimensions of psychological contract is beneficial to improve the performance of employees.(5) The two dimensions of the psychological contract of the employee and task performance are positively related, and the good performance of the two dimensions of psychological contract is beneficial to improve the task performance of employees.In the end, the paper provides measures and suggestions to improve the performance of the F state-owned enterprises.
