A Study Of Ecological Product Supply From The Perspective Of Strong Reciprocity

The persistent and efficient supply of ecological product is the basic premise for human survival and development. The main producer of ecological product are Forest, grassland, wetland, etc. The pleasant climate、clean water and air are representation of ecological product which have strong public goods property. The area are affected by them from a small community to the global. The ecosystem provide such basic public product sustainable which needs the cooperation of human society. The view of traditional game theory cannot explain the cooperation of communities、governments、international organizations, etc. The perspective of strong reciprocity beyond the hypothesis of "economic man" and "rational man", the man not only is self-interest, but also could do altruistic punishment for public interest. Enough proportion of strong reciprocators in a group could keep the cooperation of it that make the members provide public goods together. This article analyzes the provision of ecological product from four respects through the view of strong reciprocity, the first is community, the second is government,the third is international, the fourth is environmental non-government organization. Then, we analyze the instability of the provision of ecological product from this prospect. At last, the consistency between provision of ecological product and regional function will be discussed.
