Study On The Realization Mechanism Of Regional Ecological Product Value

The commercialization of regional ecological products is the objective requirement of the development of market economy.It is necessary to explore the realization mechanism of regional ecological product value to promote regional equity and speed up the cultivation of new kinetic energy of regional green development.Under the guidance of regional coordinated development theory,Mar’s commodity value theory and capital circulation theory,this paper tries to construct a "Four in One" realization mechanism of regional ecological product value,which is supported by basic guarantee mechanism,with long-term incentive mechanism as the motive force,Public-Private Partnership mechanism as the means and market operation mechanism as the leading mechanism.Since entering the new century,our country has preliminarily formed the realization mechanism of regional ecological product value of government-led in existing practice of the three main ecological field of important ecological function areas,river basins and regional forests,but there are still plenty of practical difficulties,such as incomplete basic guarantee mechanisms and long-term incentive mechanisms,unstandardized Public-Private Partnership mechanism,unperfect market operation mechanism,and so on.The experience of the multi-level,diversified,market-oriented and standardized realization mechanism of regional ecological product value in developed countries urgently requires that it should be based on theory,closely linked with practice,to consummate the supporting guarantee for the realization of regional ecological product value,expand the scope of realization of regional ecological product value,explore the market-oriented Public-Private Partnership,and promote administrative ecological compensation to market-based transaction succession.Based on this,the countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the realization mechanism of regional ecological product value are put forward.
