In today’s rapid economic development, China’s insurance industry, this young industry has become one of the fastest growing industries. Since the restoration of China’s insurance industry, insurance companies and the number of employees are dramatic increase, but in the appearance of rapid development, the insurance company brought by lack of personnel bottlenecks. Quality and efficient training is undoubtedly the best way to solve this problem.S insurance companies’management teams to cultivate leadership system ", from the United States and New York Life training system combined with China’s cultural background and the actual operating environment together. The system provides a proven, mature business skills and methods, so that agents and supervisors to focus on the energy and talent to perform, rather than separately to create new systems and business processes, the company has successfully transformed into an agent manager, Head successfully promoted to the senior leadership to provide a unified system; enable the company to strict supervision and highly institutionalized environment confidently operate its agent channel.In this paper, S insurance companies for the study, first by reading a lot of literature, summarized and introduced modern and advanced training in the theory and training methods, and then through a detailed study of the S insurance companies existing training management, analyze and summarize the S insurance company training features, and find traditional insurance companies in staff training in the problems, inspiration and thinking to improve to traditional insurance companies through training management experience S insurance companies.
