The human resources management is the enterprise internal management ofhuman factors in the management, the object is a human. Includes two levels ofmeaning: the first layer is itself, is the organization in order to obtain, development,maintain and use effectively in the production and operating activities are essentialfor human resources; the second layer is a social person, one has the social attribute,living in society will have various needs. Strategic human resource managementshould be one of the two factors were analyzed considering, hope that through themanagement of human resources to achieve strategic and human resources integration,to help enterprises obtain the competitive advantage, to effectively support thehealthy development of enterprises should have the core competitiveness.Commercial insurance companies in the process of establishing a modernenterprise system, how accurate positioning of enterprise group ’s human resourcestraining and establish corresponding human resource training system, is related to thesurvival and development of the very urgent and serious problem. Huaan propertyinsurance company as an aspiring insurance enterprises, put forward the constructionof financial holding the group’s strategic objectives, but at present the enterprisehuman resources, either the quantity or the quality and realize the strategic objectivesof the company needs talent the disparity. In order to realize the construction ofFinancial Holding Group’s strategic goal, take collectivize way, the company must bein the enterprise to increase train all kinds of talents, especially to train and reservestrategic deployment of large compound talents, the introduction of external personnel at the same time, the company increased staff training efforts, in thecompany’s employees to develop a series of strategic vision management personnel.At present domestic to training research mainly concentrated on the trainingmethods of research, of business enterprise human resource training system and theestablishment of study not much. This paper uses the enterprise development strategy,organizational behavior and human resource management theory, introduces thedefinition of enterprise human resource training, analysis of enterprise humanresource training importance, functions and characteristics; and analysis of the Huaanproperty insurance company human resources, human resources training presentsituation and the existing problems. On this basis, according to the Huaan propertyinsurance company building the financial holding group’s strategic objectives, as wellas their human resources training requirements, from domestic and foreign insuranceenterprise human resource training in the advanced experience, the study from thehuman resources training process design, management system, constructing thetraining levels, training system, training program design and implementation, trainingassessment system design and other aspects of Huaan property insurance companyhuman resource training system construction, the target of reform and direction. Putforward Huaan property insurance company human resources training approach,namely the long-term and short-term goals to combine; to strengthen macroscopicalguidance and carry out specific training combined with on-the-job training and tocarry out; three talent team construction to combine; staff education and skillsidentification combination; play training base function and use of social forces to runschools by combining; course content targeted and teaching organization form thatcombines the flexibility; enterprise development strategy formulation and the rationalallocation of human resources combination. This study for the Huaan propertyinsurance company building the financial enterprise groups, enhance its corecompetition ability, in order to achieve greater development has a positive and practical significance.
