Research On Highway Logistics Operation Mode Of Chongqing Steel Newly-added District

In 2006, the Chongqing municipal party committee and government launched the Chongqing steel group energy saving, environmental relocation and renovation project in the "Eleventh Five-Year" development plan---- "One Project", in the May 2007, the Chongqing steel group environmental relocation renovation project was foundation in the southern town of Changshou District. In the September 2011, Chongqing steel group environmental relocation project was put into operation, fully shut down the accounts of 60 percent of the Chongqing total industrial emissions in Dadukou old base. Chongqing steel newly-added district construction according to new energy saving and recycling economy concept, the total figure compact layout was reasonably, pioneered used of the plane that cancel the whole plant rail logistics transportation, companies logistics and transport mainly taken the compact quick response highway transportation logistics plane in addition to the belt and roller. The article based on the above background, against the low emphasis on logistics and transportation management; management functions are not clearly defined; dispersion transportation capacity; lack of highway logistics processes of science system optimization and unreasonable design; facilities and equipment operating efficiency is not high; logistics and information technology degree is not enough of this main six problem in Chongqing steel newly-added district highway logistics operation. Elaborating it bulls management; traditional thinking; departmental selfishness; special funding is not enough; poor quality of the operator of this mainly reasons. The paper uses the theoretical basis of logistics management, transportation organization and management, transport economics, review relevant literature, learning and research with the road transport logistics industry and management experience in the organization and management model. Proposed that Chongqing steel newly-added district highway logistics operation must insist on that operation mode of” guarding of user demand, clear the logistics targets, realization the value-added of logistics”, aims to achieve organizational efficiency, reduce operating costs, effectively guaranteeing the production and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, proposed that strengthening program management, optimizing organizational management, centralized capacity resources management, optimize logistics flow management, hardware environment management of the logistics operation, and strengthen the logistics information management of this seven logistics management measures and countermeasures. The paper measured the of road transport logistics operation program implementation effects. The results show that against the research of Chongqing steel newly-added district highway logistics operation mode, proposed that specific embodiments and suggestions has some application value on modern enterprise road logistics transportation organization and management.
