With the extension of economic globalization,the trend of internationalization is becoming more and more obvious.China has joined the WTO,in accordance with the commitment to the logistics industry to open to the international market,the international Multi-National Corporation gradually participate in the domestic logistics market competition.Under the impact of the current Multi-National Corporation,the domestic logistics companies only to provide warehousing,transportation and other traditional logistics services which are difficult to obtain profit.This requires the domestic logistics companies to innovate the value-added services to improve the value of logistics activities.This article is in this context,in view of the reality of the development about the logistics industry in Chengde City to research on the value added service scheme of DBGM logistics company.The main research contents are as follows:To elaborate the background and significance of the research on the evaluation of value added services of DBGM logistics company.The theory of logistics,third party logistics theory,SWOT theory and PEST theory are analyzed in this paper.To review of domestic and foreign research on the logistics value added service,introduced the basic situation of Chengde DBGM logistics company and summarize the main work of this paper and the structure of the thesis.By using the PEST analysis method,the policy law,economy,social culture and technology macro environment of Chengde logistics company are analyzed from the aspects of macro policy environment and industry competition environment and using the SEOT theory to analyze the opportunities and threats,the strengths and weaknesses of DBGM logistics company.And proposed DBGM logistics company can take the four value-added services model.The factors of DBGM logistics value-added services to identify the mode selection and analysis,index system of logistics value-added service model evaluation,evaluation model value-added logistics service mode selected,the four value-added service model comprehensive evaluation,final determine the optimal inventory management mode.This mode can not only bring convenience to customers and reduce costs,but also to make a profit DBGM logistics companies realize the value-added logistics activities.Third,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the DBGM logistics company can provide value-added services,combined with the actual situation of enterprises the corresponding measures are formulated.Mainly includes the improvement of personnel management level,improve the incentive system,the establishment of corporate credit rating system,the implementation of effective customer relationship management,the implementation of effective customer relationship management,etc..In order to ensure the smooth implementation of DBGM logistics company can provide value-added service solutions,formulated the corresponding security measures according to the actual situation of enterprises,mainly including the importance of inventory management planning,establish and perfect the incentive system,pay attention to inventory management idea renewal,establishing a scientific and efficient inventory management system,strengthen internal management,warehouse management department of logistics enterprises the effective implementation of customer relationship management and control system of job responsibility.
