In recent years,the development of green building has always been concerned.Compared with traditional architecture,green building has incomparable advantages in improving the economic efficiency of enterprises,reducing the consumption of natural resources,protecting environment and many other aspects.At present,China is in the rapid growth of urbanization,the healthy and rapid development of green building industry is an important way to change the mode of urban construction and the pattern of economic growth.However,green building industry in China has just emerged,is still in its infancy,horizontally scattered in land-saving,energy-saving,water-saving,material-saving,environmental protection etc.vertically distributed in each stage of the life cycle of construction projects.Low centralization and scattering structure in industrial chain weakens the impact on relevant industries and industrial agglomeration effect can not be formed.In this paper,the symbiotic idea is used to transform the problem of decentralized structure into the cooperation and coordination of the relevant subjects in the green building industrial chain.The green building industrial chain symbiotic system is established and the stability about the symbiotic system is analyzed and evaluated.In order to provide a new approach to solve the problem of green building industry,this paper tries a new perspective.Firstly,the paper reviews and analyses the related theory basis and academic researches about green building industrial chain,symbiosis theory and stability theory,possibility of syncretizing the two fields of green building industrial chain and symbiotic system is discovered.Then as an opportunity the green building industrial chain symbiotic system is built and elaborated from the aspects of symbiotic unit,symbiotic model and symbiotic environment in detail.Moreover,the stability of the green building industrial chain is analyzed from the static and dynamic aspects: From the static aspect,based on the interests distribution between members of green building industrial chain symbiotic system,the stable solution of interest distribution is solved by using the Shapley value method and the Nash equilibrium method;From the dynamic aspect,employing with the differential stability theory,the enterprises growth is described and the possible symbiotic relationship is analyzed with the Logistic model.Finally,the stability evaluation system of the green building industrial chain symbiosis system is constructed.Using the comprehensive weighting method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the stability of symbiosis system is evaluated.In themeanwhile,a example about Fuying Tianlu lake project is given and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
