The domestic petroleum products market is no longer dominated by Sinopec and Petrochina as it was before. Other Operation main bodies, including the multinational companies have entered the domestic market, and gained a foothold in. The profit of domestic product oil have been continually cut down, even the tap potentials has gradually faded away, so Sinopec urgently needs to find a new profit growth. According to the external gas stations’ development, the diversified non-oil business, like the convenience store and the car services company, is the best choice at the moment.Firstly, the article has introduced the development trend of domestic product oil. To satisfy the change of clients’ requirement and the development requirement of diversification, non-oil business is bound to enter the high-speed development stage as the condition has been riped. The gas station convenience stores, which is the core of non-oil business, has turned into the key of non-oil business development.Secondly, the article use Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis method to analyze the change of Gas station Industry environment, the limitation of current business and the change of clients’ requirement, draw on the external gas stations’ non-oil business development experience and clarify the necessity of domestic product oil enterprise to develop service station business.The third, the article analyzes the sociocultural environment and the client requirement to prove their influence on non-oil business development.Finally, the article takes Senmei Fuzhou branch of Sinopec for example to analyze non-oil business development with SWOT analysis method, put forward the relative strategy and specific measure against the current situation and existence problem of the gas station convenience stores, thus to verify the research of this article.
