Retail business has undergone years of evolution,and has entered a more competitive and extreme stage.In the past years,the periodicity has been generally getting shorter.Long-term thinking has become more and more challenging.In addition,a large amount of capital is driving the evolution of business models.Business mode has become the core of enterprise competition.Large-scale retailers utilize the asymmetric information and abuse the buyer's power to infringe the interests of brand parties,distributors and even consumers.The e-commerce platform has changed the commodity circulation system by solving this pain point and rapidly rising.However,after several years of development,the cost of the access to consumer information is increasing year by year.Therefore they start to lay out the offline shops.Due to the large scale of investment and long cycle,the core competitiveness has not yet appeared,so that most enterprises are discouraged.Since traditional retailers are affected by the online market,sales have fallen sharply,and they are constantly trying to lay out the online market.However,the mainstream e-commerce is already quite mature,so the size of the market segments is limited.As we can see,the result is not satisfactory.Online and Offline integration has become the inevitable trend of new retail in the future,and has become the most valuable and promising business model in China.Among them,convenience store fits in the mainstream of future population structure.Therefore,with the progress of consumption classification and algorithm,convenience stores could employ big data to improve products and services.In such a competitive environment,convenience stores model rises against the trend and becomes an inevitable place for competitors.With the local advantage of z group,z1 company developed more than 300 stores in just two years in cooperation with 1 group,Japan,and occupied an important market share and geographical position in Wuhan market.At present,the competition of convenience stores in Wuhan is in a fierce stage.But they are barely maintained by burning money.Most independent stores are hardly getting any profits.In the future,z1 company will require a series of business model reforms and innovations to enter a benign development trend.This paper firstly sorts out the domestic and international research on the business model of convenience store,including the innovative elements of business models and the basic theories of marketing.Then it analyzes the cooperation'background,store situation,sales scale and development status of z1 company,and then based on Osterwalder's business model theory,using static analysis method,it analyzes the problems and causes of the business model of zl company based on the nine elements of business model.So as to explore its strategy and implementation plan for the innovation development of the company's business model.
