China railway group limited is the leading enterprise of Chinese the basic building design and construction field. The company’s operation scale has already entered the global top 500, also the value of the brand. And it has successfully listed in Hong Kong and the Mainland. Now it is the world fourth largest construction contractors and the largest in Asia. The EY LLC is a large subsidiary enterprise of China railway group limited whose business involves survey, design and consulting.Due to the economic globalization, also the demand of ensuring the overall development of AG and EY, maintaining the company’s competitiveness and accelerating with international standards, it is an inevitable choice for the company to implement international business strategy.Through the analysis of international development environment, industry environment and the company’s international operations advantages and disadvantages of the status quo. We thought that in the field of products and business the company should focus on the infrastructure and covering a diversified industrial structure at a higher level. At the field of regional target markets, we should fully explore the African market, expand market share in Asia, vigorous develop the market of Latin America and Oceania in the beginning of 2014. Thereby forming a "big overseas" business arrangement, and gradually improve and complete the layout of overseas operations point.At last in order to ensure the target of Company’s international business strategy. The company has come out some measure which include reasonably accurate positioning, international business processes reengineering; strengthen the core business, producing the effect of integration, build diversified international management pattern; innovative business model to achieve business upgrade; accelerate the pace of international operations personnel training, strengthening project management team building; establish and improve internationalization management mechanism; improve business and project management; commitment to social responsibility to promote the harmonious development of enterprises...
