As the important part of China post express, Heilongjiang post express with the extensive post network and credit advantage had been in a leading position of the market in the beginning decade. however, with the increasing strength of competitor ,the post express faces the unprecedented and huge challenge that the market share and growth rates decrease and the development of post express becomes gradually slowly recently. The reason is that the system, mechanism and hardware condition are all outdated, and the more important reason is lacking market investigation and scientific analysis of the investigating results. Therefore, this paper makes scientific researches on this subject in order to provide scientific and effective approach for the development of Heilongjiang post express.Firstly, this paper investigates the market conditions such as market scale, competition situation, market quota and competitor of Heilongjiang post express operation. And then, the management circumstances of Heilongjiang post express are summarized and recapitulated. Finally, on the basis of analyzing the competition environment and competitive condition faced, this paper analyses competition environment of Heilongjiang post express operation taking the modern marketing theories and using the approaches of SWOT analysis, core competencies analysis and channel analysis, and draws the scientific conclusions from shaping brand, exerting advantage, extending channel and depending on science and technology etc. There is no denying the fact that these conclusions would make Heilongjiang post express keep on the development trend.
