Study Of New Urbanization Progress Of Fujian Province On The Increase In Farmers’ Income

Professor J.E.Stislitz, who is American economist and Nobel Prize winner, considers the urbanization of China and the United States of high-tech as the two key factors in the human development in the 21 st century. Of the CPC central committee and state council attaches great importance to urbanization construction, the eighteenth congress report that we should walk in the way of China’s new urbanization development. Not only because the new urbanization construction will become China’s economic sustainable growth engine, but also it’s an important way to realize the rapid growth of farmers’ income and decrease the gap between urban and rural. The body of the new urbanization is the farmers. In this paper, we explore the influence of the new urbanization construction for farmers’ income in Fujian province, which has certain theoretical and practical significance.This paper puts forward the research background and points out the reason of topic selection and summarizes the current research status at home and abroad. The second part introduces the connotation of new urbanization and increasing farmers’ income and related theoretical basis, which provides theory foundation to the research of this article. The third part is mainly to establish the evaluation index system and using factor analysis method to evaluate new urbanization development level in Fujian province to measure the current new urbanization development situation that can provide date for next research. At the same time, the fourth part analysis the change of the farmers’ income composition and structure of Fujian province, and under the perspective of urbanization to analyze the limit factors of Fujian farmers’ income. The next two parts analyze the influences of new type of urbanization on farmers’ income basis on the qualitative and quantitative. The last part is mainly to provide countermeasure analysis.In this paper, the results show that the new urbanization construction in Fujian province and the farmers’ income exists a long-term equilibrium and short-term effects and on how to accelerate the construction of new urbanization in Fujian province in order to promote the farmers’ income are relevant countermeasures:(1) To emancipate the mind, set up the new urbanization development;(2) The construction of small towns in Fujian province to promote the farmers’ income; (3) Promoting the industrialized operation of agriculture, develop characteristic agriculture, increase farmers’ family business income;(4)Improve the farmers’ employment environment, increase farmers’ salary income;(5) Improve farmers financial management consciousness and skills, increase farmers’ property income;(6)Intensify policy support, increasing the income of farmers metastatic.
