Research On The Allocation Of Resources In Large Construction Enterprises

Large scale construction enterprises need multiple simultaneous projects, and these projects often have large scale, complex technology, cross regional characteristics, these characteristics make the project high risk, long construction period, high cost and large resource demand. At the same time, a large number of resources required for the project, the complex types of different projects, the demand for resources, the resource scheduling cost gradually, and even affect the project is completed, which is not conducive to the realization of the objectives of the project, has become the constraints of the development of enterprises.In economics, on the basis of relevant theories, this paper mainly study of enterprise resource configuration mode, with resources configuration main body as the main research points. Through the qualitative analysis to compare different allocation of resources and the advantages and disadvantages of the main body, and the choice of mode of centralized purchasing as the main body of large-scale construction enterprise resource configuration reference. Then the c-d production function is adopted to large-scale construction enterprise to carry on the empirical analysis, resource allocation efficiency further confirmed the advantages of concentrated resources configuration. Finally through configuration method, technology and organization structure in the face of large-scale construction enterprise centralized configuration resources put forward the corresponding Suggestions to ensure the reasonable allocation of resources.
