Research On Loan Risk Evaluation For Project Invested By Government Of A Bank

With the development of urbanization and industrialization, Government investment projects are becoming a key type of the bank’s businesses. However, as the density adjustment of national policy in recent years, borrowers of the government investment projects, the payment way, credit structure have changed a lot. The original government investment project loan risk evaluation indexes of a bank is difficult to accurately to analyze and judge the loan risk, so the optimization of the evaluation indexes is particularly necessary.At first, this paper summarizes the characteristics of government investment projects, analyzes the policy risk, market risk, finance risk and credit structure risk of bank loans in government investment projects. Then, this paper describes A bank’s present operation situation and evolution characteristics of government investment projects, analyzes the existing government investment project loan risk evaluation index’s defects, puts forward a train of through, which can optimize A bank’s government investment project loan risk evaluation indexes, and on this basis to build new A bank loan risk evaluation indexes of government investment project. Finally, the paper uses the optimized evaluation indexes to assess one original project, and compares the effectiveness of the optimized indexes.In this paper, the study found that A bank’s lending to government investment projects show, such as the strict regulation, the diversification of repayment source and the complete trend of the credit structure; Through putting the enterprise ability, project technical level, product price and cost level into the evaluation indexes, and adjusting the debt ratios boundary, guarantee adjusted coefficient of compensatory, the assessment indexes can more accurately determine the loan risk.
