After the reform of non-tradable shares, the shareholders of non-tradable shares and tradable shares interests converge, the performance of the market value of listed companies is closely related with the interests of the shareholders of a company, financial goals to maximize the company value, the market value management theory arises at the historic moment. Market value management is to stabilize and improve the company’s market value of listed companies as a starting point, through the company’s operation and management, capital operation and good investor relations management, make the company implementation value maximization management activities within the value of support. In recent years, the price of the coal industry index declines obviously, enterprise value underestimate, implement the strategy of market value management for M company in the industry is more urgent.Adopt the method of case study, this paper first reviews the research on the management of market both at home and abroad, through respectively elaborate the value management, market value management, as well as the relationship between them to better analyze the market value of management theory. Then on the basis of the analysis theory, the paper puts forward the content of the market value management of listed company and the way of market value premium. Then study on M company’s market value management. First introduces the basic situation of M company, and then through the value creation, value management and value realization concrete analysis M market value management measures, and establish the appropriate model to analysis and evaluation of the company’s market capitalization M management, discovered and points out that the market value of M company management problems, and targeted improvement measures are proposed to improve the market value of M company management ability. Finally, puts forward Suggestions on the market value of listed companies management.
