The objective of this study is to study the positive and negative opinions of the Chinese tourists toward Thai tourism and also compare Chinese tourists’opinions on the image of the positive and negative aspects of Thai tourism classified by sex, age, level of education, occupation and income. The result of this study found that;(1) The majority of samples groups was male, age 31-40 years old, education below undergraduate degree, mainly students, their monthly income ranged in less than 5,000 RMB and number of time visit to Thailand per year is uncertain.(2) The study of positive and negative opinions of the Chinese tourists toward Thai tourism found that tourists attraction (Resources and heritage tourism), the transportation, facilities when departing/arriving the country, the accommodations and the safety are positive image of Thailand tourism.(3) Comparision Study on Chinese tourists’opinions on the image of the positive and negative aspects of Thai tourism classified by sex, age, level of education, occupation and income found that samples groups with different sex had a different opinion which is a positive image toward the comfort of travel, cleanliness of foods and beverages, safety of travel and the safety of life. The Chinese tourists with different age had a different opinion which is a positive image toward tourism in the taste of foods and beverages and the reducing of the tour prices during certain seasons. The Chinese tourists with different educational background had a different opinion toward the service of the staff, the safety of life, the process of immigration, luggage transport and service of the staff at the airport. The Chinese tourists with different occupation had a different opinion in components the comfort of travel, arrives on time at destination, the beauty of tourist attractions, the comfort of facilities of tourists attractions and interests of tourists attractions. The Chinese tourists with different income had a different opinion which is a positive image toward tourism components of comfort of travel.
