With the further development of economic globalization, competition amongenterprises is also more and more fierce. Whether the human resources managementis efficient also become increasingly the important factor for a enterprise to obtaincompetitive advantage. Remuneration management is the key to effectiveperformance management in enterprise set up in the performance evaluation system isthe most effective way of remuneration management. In this paper, the remunerationmanagement theory as a foundation, research on remuneration management of DALIcompany, launched a the company remuneration performance management plan todesign and improvement of the measures.In this paper, a comprehensive study of remuneration management of DALIcompany, and read through the municipality of endowment DALI companies firsthand information management, performance evaluation, and the historical datacompany field interviews, and based on the investigation of the capital city wasinvestigated, the DALI companies remuneration management results and existingproblems, and puts forward the municipality DALI companies remunerationmanagement scheme design of specific content, implementation process and securitymeasures. And then it studies the current status and existed problems of DALIcompany remuneration system. Following that the optimization schemes ofremuneration system of H Hotel are analyzed. Finally, it explored its security strategy,hoping to provide some reference opinions and operable suggestions for thedevelopment of H Hotel as well as charity undertakings in China.This paper studies remuneration management of DALI company and draws themainly conclusions: DALI company has made great achievements in its operation.However, since its short established time and weak consciousness of employers, thereare still some problems, such as the unreasonable structure of remuneration system,lack of incentive effect of communication mechanism and the lack of invigorativesystem. In this paper, some suggestions are proposed to solve the existed problems toa maximum extent and promote operational efficiency, standardizing and improvinglocal rules of DALI Company.
