The remuneration management is the very important part of the modern human resources management. And it is also the part which is most closed to the employees and be cared very much by each individual. The remuneration system design play an important role in attracting, obtaining, motivating employees and keeping the core competition capability of the enterprise.This thesis introduced the development of remuneration system and theory, also talked about the content, functions and setting up principle of the remuneration management; introduce the current remuneration system of ABC company, point out the advantage and disadvantage exiting in the management system; make the redesign to ABC company's remuneration system and evaluate it according the result of implementation and feedbacks.
