Study On The Financial Investment Evaluation And Management Of S County In Shandong Province

With the construction, deepening reform and improvement of public finance system in China, investment of government public projects continuously extend, which results in a large amount of money invested. The big loss and waste of finance fund has become a bottleneck problem for the public projects invested by the government. As an approach to manage investment, finance investment assessment, with its professional and technical assessment method, can provide scientific, reasonable, quantificat, reliable basis and technical platform for financial sectors to refine project budget. It also plays significant role in reasonable, effective, safety use of finance fund and supervision of public financial projects.Through referring to a large number of literatures, learning the advanced management experiences of finance expenditure of other countries, according to the change of finance assessment system in China and analyzing the data, the achievement of S county in finance investment assessment over the years was collated. The theoretical achievement in finance investment assessment was also summarized. It is helpful for scientific, standard and delicacy management of investment assessment, so as to strengthen the control of government financial expenditure and guarantee the reasonable use of the finance fund. It also can be taken as an important example by other regions and provinces to strengthen their management of the finance assessment center.
