But along with the national and regional economic transformation, industrial upgrading and the economic reform, the environment for the development of industrial park has undergone profound changes, the old model has been unable to promote the park development in the future, therefore, the author in the analysis of development course, present situation, problems and the bottleneck of the park puts forward the strategic choice of the future development of industrial base.This thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly describes the background, purpose, significance, the research status and trends of the research and the domestic and foreign research. The second chapter mainly introduces the concept of the park and the strategic theory basis, the comprehensive analysis of the development strategy of the coastal industrial base in Liaoning (Yingkou), and the theoretical basis for solving the problem of the development of industrial base. In the third chapter, based on the basic situation of industrial base, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of coastal industrial base are analyzed by using SWOT strategy. The fourth chapter puts forward the strategic plan for the development of the industrial base. The fifth chapter is the overall strategic measures of the industrial base, including the layout plan, strategic measures and the implementation of the strategy.
