| Industrial upgrading is the essence of economic development,and industrial agglomeration to promote industrial upgrading is of great significance.With the analysis method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical research,the development paths of its industrial upgrading are researched through taking national new industrialization industry demonstration bases as the typical industrial agglomeration;moreover,the influence factors of industrial agglomeration of demonstration base on industrial upgrading are analyzed with panel data model,exploring the path for promoting industrial restructuring and upgrading of China to achieve the jump from manufacturing country to manufacturing power.Firstly,the paper summarizes the research status and trends of scholars at home and abroad,and introducing the research framework and methods of the paper.Secondly,the development status of demonstration base is analyzed,and it discovered that its economic benefit continues to grow,innovation ability rises unceasingly,emerging industry growth accelerates constantly,and capacity of government support keeps increasing,which promotes the benign development of the demonstration base.Thirdly,this article takes the industrial upgrading theory,the actual demand of the industrial park enterprise,the inevitable requirement of the new industrialization road as the starting point,dividing the industrial upgrading of demonstration base into three dimensions of innovative development,industrial structure's upgrading,and labor productivity increase,and the influence mechanism and influence factors of industrial agglomeration of demonstration base on the above three dimensions are analyzed respectively.Moreover,based on the panel data from 2011 to 2015 of 300 national demonstration bases,the relationship between industrial agglomeration and industrial upgrading is researched empirically in this paper.Research finding of the paper include: firstly,industrial agglomeration plays a positive role in promoting the industrial upgrading.The rise of agglomeration of demonstration bases can improve innovative levels greatly,promote industrial structure's upgrading and increase labor productivity.Secondly,the industrial agglomeration of demonstration base promotes the industrial upgrading through improving agglomeration degree,increasing investment in R&D,increasing the government support,increasing technology reform and investment,expanding enterprise scale,and adjusting employment structure.Thirdly,although there is the phenomenon of disequilibrium of demonstration bases of east,central,and west regions in the innovation level,industrial structure,and labor productivity development,the different is unobvious at all.Lastly,combining with the current situation and problems of demonstration base development,the political suggestions of the upgrading development of demonstration bases are proposed through referring to the development experience of domestic and overseas industrial parks. |
