Research On Tea Logistics Distribution Center Location For Kunming City

With the continuous development of economic globalization, the development of China’s tea industry is facing many trials and challenges. Our tea have large production, tea producing scattered, acquisition, transportation and sale of tea costs will increase accordingly. The logistics industry as a "third party profit" get more and more attention by the tea business. tea logistics and distribution center regard as infrastructure of tea logistics and distribution. It is an important basic tea logistics system.It has an important role in the whole tea logistics system.First, this article describes tea logistics and distribution, logistics and distribution center of the concept of tea and tea concept of logistics distribution center location, site principles, site selection factors, site process; secondly, with the actual situation in Kunming, summed up domestic and international logistics and tea distribution center location model of logistics distribution center location model, this article raise the follow chart tea logistics and distribution center; Thirdly, in various alternative locations to collect the required information on the basis of the establishment of two models:one discrete location model using discrete election site model to study the tea distribution center location problem, a multi-objective programming model,0-1 in the planning model for the investment benefit analysis, transport model for the optimization of transport costs, storage reservoir model to optimize storage costs, variable costs model for optimizing variable costs, which combines a multi-objective programming model. The cost minimization principle, calculates the cost of each alternative location. Second, the AHP comprehensive evaluation of location model, we use AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the use of tea membership function indicators to quantify the distribution center, constructed by fuzzy relation fuzzy transformation, and then the fuzzy overall evaluation of the implementation of things or phenomena give comprehensive evaluation value. Finally, according to the actual needs of the company, we focus on the different options for the two models of different weights, making it more practical and universal model.
