Inner Mongolia Entrepreneurship Service System Research

Since 2013, Inner Mongolia actively implement the "Entrepreneurship employment project", various preferential policies and good environment are constantly tilted toward the entrepreneurs, more and more people head for the entrepreneurial path. December 2014,Entrepreneurship to create jobs in Inner Mongolia reach 173.5 thousand, accounted for 64% of 271.8 thousand new jobs in Inner Mongolia. Visibly, Promoting employment by starting a business has become a new growth point of creating jobs and the main driving force. However, business services of Inner Mongolia area to support initial entrepreneurs, business survival is not high, how to support more entrepreneurs succeed in business and improve business viability, strengthen small and medium enterprise vitality, and improve entrepreneurship service system, is of great significance for our region to achieve stable and fast economic growth and stable employment。Based on the "entrepreneurship employment project" of Inner Mongolia, this paper will research entrepreneurship service system which contains business consulting, entrepreneurship project library services, entrepreneurial training, business financing, business incubators and entrepreneurial city construction, etc. And studied business service system to play a leading role in the government on how to improve the entrepreneurship employment system, to solve the problems in the implementation of policies to achieve successful entrepreneurs for the purpose of promoting the effective conduct in-depth research and detail.
